Bio

Rebecca Slack, MS, has been a staff member in the Biostatistics & Bioinformatics Shared Resource since 1996. After teaching mathematics for 3 years, she attended Cornell University where she completed a Masters degree in Biometry in September 1996 and gained some consulting experience. Her minor was in International Nutrition with a focus in Nutritional Epidemiology. Her thesis work applied linear and nonlinear models to evaluate the process of depletion and repletion in a malnourished population across pregnancy and lactating cycles.
